Traditional Uses

Actions: Supplements spleen, benefits qi or chi (vital energy), has diuretic effect, removes excessive fluids, harmonizes stomach and spleen, controls diaphoresis (excessive sweating), has sedative effect, lowers blood sugar.

Application: Debilitated spleen, fatigue, appetite loss, mental fatigue, diarrhea, edema, dizziness, and vomiting caused by adverse side effects of cancer therapy treatments.
