Traditional Uses
Actions: Supplements kidneys, warms spleen, and regulates urination; has
coronary artery-dilating, antibacterial, skin-regenerating, and anti-tumor
effects.
Applications: Kidney impairment, diarrhea, enuresis, urinary frequency, chill-cold of the loins and the knees. It is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to increase white blood cell count after cancer treatments, most effective on bone tumor and its metastasis, brain tumors, and kidney cancer.
